First of all, we are a professional flooring manufacturer with 18 years history, enjoying a good reputation in the industry, serving high-end customers like LiDL, NewYork Housing Authority, you can rest assured to cooperate with us.When communicating with you, our salesman must first clarify your order requirements, purchase budget, delivery time, payment terms, then send you the right product samples according to your confirmed specifications. After receiving your approval for the quality, we will receive your advance payment according and start arranging production. During the production, our salesman will report status of your order at any time. After the production is completed, we will issue a product inspection report to prove that the goods can be shipped, and confirm the customs required documents and data with you. Finally, we will arrange to send the relevant customs clearance documents after receiving your balance payment

In the course of working with you, we will not disclose any information about our cooperation to anyone without your permission. 

Our daily working safety: 

Our salesman will be meticulous when at the office. Following government advice on working safely, washing hands at all times, and properly disposing of disposable masks or gloves that are worn into the work area from outside.

Product samples will be disinfected thoroughly before sending them to you.

Our workers will be equipped with protective clothing such as disposable gloves and masks and will also be disinfected before starting the working process. 

Our workshops will be disinfected every day after work.

At the request of the government, our colleagues will be regularly tested for COVID-19.
